15-Day Return Policy

At YVB Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The perfume bottle is in good condition, with no signs of physical damage, including cracks, scratches, or breakage.
  • At least 90% of the original perfume liquid must remain in the bottle. Customers may use up to 10% of the fragrance to test it.
  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection by our team.

2. Extended Return Period

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.

  • Although our standard return period is 15 days, we may allow an additional 2–3 days or even longer in exceptional circumstances.
